You need to set pci=noaer to your linux command line. In my case I use proxmox 6.0 with ZFS where systemd-boot is the default boot loader.
So you need to add this option to /etc/kernel/cmdline and run pve-efiboot-tool refresh afterwards.
vi /etc/default/grub
insert pci=noaer after quiet
